Teleconsultation w/Dr Dede

Due to Covid-19 clamped down of foreign patients seeking medical treatment in S’pore, we have initiated tele-consultation with Dr Dede to meet with the need of his patients who are no longer able  to come to S’pore. The system will work out this way:

​

1.Patients to schedule appointment via this portal or via whatsapp at +6596772139 (Nurse) or +6597567082 (Rita) to have teleconsultation with Dr Dede, which will be facilitated through WA video call. 

 

2. Patient to send blood test results from their country, 1 working day in advance prior to their appointment for teleconsultation. Please email test results to clinicassist@yahoo.com.sg cc rita_sutedja@yahoo.com.sg

3. Consultation fee ranges from SGD150 onwards.

​

4. One time registration fee of SGD70 is applicable for new patient.

 

5. A deposit for the consultation fee or greater is needed, to be transfered to account details that will be provided through WA.

​

Overseas bank transfer admin fee of $50 is chargeable for each transfer, if applicable, unless settled by patient. No bank admin fee is required for transfer made from a local bank.

​

6. Medications purchased will be couriered door to door to patient’s address in their country. Courier charges and bank admin transfer fee applies.
